Whew, October, you were fast and furious!
We finished out spirit week with favorite team day, though I am not sure how much longer I will be able to convince these little people that the dawgs are their favorite team, too!
I thoroughly enjoyed this online Bible study with about 8,000 other girls via facebook. How cool is that?! I plan to teach this in our home after the holidays, and I look forward to having a group of girls in our home again, as that was one of my very favorite things I did in Hattiesburg.
Carter, Story, David and I enjoyed our first ever Festiville.
Story enjoyed riding around with Daddy.
And Carter enjoyed going up the rock wall over and over and over again. Summer and Tilly were birthday party hopping in Little Rock while we were at Festiville.
I crafted (I know, I am laughing as I type this!) with some girls at church.
But don't you love how it turned out! It's two -sided, so we are able to have two decorations in one, so neat!
I went with Tilly's class to the pumpkin patch.
The first graders of Arkansas Baptist.
The students got to tour an old schoolhouse.
They also got to mine for gems.
And we enjoyed a hayride just before heading back to school.
The first group of men from our church headed to Montana.
David and I went with Story's class to another pumpkin patch. I am so thankful he has Fridays free, so we can spend the day together. Such a treat!
Here are the kindergartners from Arkansas Baptist.
Could she be any cuter?! I adore this picture of our sweet girl.
The three of us.
The next morning, we loaded up and took Carter and David to the airport to join the rest of the Montana mission team.
David refuses to buy me a selfie stick, so this is the best we could do at a family selfie. Thankfully, he has long arms!
Summer wanted her picture with Carter before he left. She missed him something awful that week!
Handsome boy boarding the plane.
Meanwhile, the girls and I hit up another pumpkin patch.
We went with some sweet friends from church and had the best time. My favorite thing was the pig race!
Just the girls. We tried to cram as much fun into our week without the boys as we could.
We had bunkin' parties in the den and slept on "pile its!"
We got new hair cuts!
They turned out so well!
We had picnics at the park.
Pretty Tilly.
Meanwhile, Carter was apparently chasing wild turkeys in Montana!
We ate Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast. . .
And outlet shopped with Gigi.
While Carter was taking selfies with moose.
And David was photo bombing in the church van. . .
We had breakfast for supper. . .
While Carter helped serve some men supper in Montana.
With the famous Dr. Bill.
Here is the whole group of men who went to Montana.
So, then the boys had to one up us a little by driving to Yellowstone
And visiting Old Faithful.
The girls and I met a sweet church friend after school for snacks and play time at the park.
We painted pumpkins
And decorated Tom Turkey.
I got to go on another field trip with Summer's class.
She got to churn butter and
Learn all about the history of Arkansas.
She made her own stained glass window.
Finished product.
I love this picture of our boys. They had the BEST week together.
We were so ready for them to get home. . .
So we consoled ourselves with TCBY ;)
Tilly's class enjoyed a 50th day celebration, so cute!
How cute are they?!
Sweet friends in their 50's attire. Our precious neighbor, Mrs. Pam, made Tilly's awesome poodle skirt! We are so thankful for her!
Story lost her second tooth thanks to some help from Summer.
Lastly, we enjoyed a fall festival at our church, where we reached almost 750 people! So neat!
Papa and Gigi joined in on the fun!
Our party of six.
May I introduce you to Evie, Master Yoda, Princess Leia, and Queen Elsa of Arendale. October, you were so good to us and kept us oh so busy! SO thankful for all of these sweet memories!
