Miss Katie gets married!

Being in the ministry, we have met so many people who have touched our lives and impacted us in a way that changes us forever.  Miss Katie is one of those people.  We first met her two years ago, when she came to our church as a summer intern.  During that summer, our family and I, individually spent a lot of time with her.  She has loved our family and ministered to our family in countless ways.  Mr.  Landon is also one of those people.  He began working as the children's minister at our church just before we came or right after we arrived, I really cannot remember exactly.  He was crucial in our son, Carter, coming to know the Lord in a personal way.  You can imagine that when Mr. Landon and Miss Katie fell in love and decided to get married that we would like that a lot!
It was so special for our family to be a part of their wedding weekend.  Friday night was the rehearsal dinner and also Carter's last baseball game of the season.  We somehow pulled them both off!
Saturday, we painted fingers and toes.  Well, the girls did anyways.
Miss Sara came all the way from Alabama for the special day.  She even took Summer out for a little girl time that morning before the big event.  And before we knew it, the wedding bells were ringing!
Miss Patience, a dear friend and Carter's piano teacher played at the wedding.  She is such a talented lady!
And there they are, Miss Katie and Mr. Landon!
Mr. and Mrs. Landon Adams.
This was the first wedding for our children to attend, so it was a big deal and they were so excited.  I'm telling you, Mr. Landon and Miss Katie have made such a great impact on our family!
Story with one of her favorite preschool teachers, Miss Jordan!
Story and Mallory, they are the sweetest of friends.
My love.  He's pretty much my favorite.  I love going to weddings where he officiates.  It makes me remember all those years ago when we said, "I do."  And I would say yes all over again! Congratulations, Mr. Landon and Miss Katie!  We love you!
