December, 2015!

Eeeekk! I am behind again! Hopefully, one of these days, I will catch up and find a regular time to post. . . December was so busy and so much fun!
Our church participated in the Jacksonville Christmas parade.
Our float won first place in our category, too!
And the children had the most fun passing out tracts and inviting people to church.
David was the speaker in chapel at the children's school, and he and Carter were able to share all about their trip to Montana in the fall.
Basketball season also began for the next generation of O'Dells.
Carter has loved playing basketball and improved so much during the season.  He loved having his daddy coach him, too.
A sweet friend snapped this picture of Story and David on a Sunday night in December.
Our church family gathered outside the hospital room of a dear church member to pray for healing.
We went to see the Living Christmas Tree at FBCLR.
The live animals outside were a big hit.
Our four little loves.
Here's the tree.  It was so amazing!
We loved that Papa and Gigi got to go with us, too!
A sweet family in our church gifted us gas logs for our fire place, what a treat! They have been one of my favorite parts about this winter.
Story's class helped to "stuff the sleigh" at the Kroger near our school.
These gifts go to help Foster families in Arkansas provide gifts for the children in their care at Christmas.
Tilly's class also helped to stuff the sleigh, so I got two for the price of one on field trips this day!

David and I got to attend the Gaither Homecoming with Papa and Gigi.
We even got to meet and have our picture made with David Phelps.  I am pretty sure he didn't remember us from our church in MS when we hosted him at Christmas.  Twice, ha!
I heart him so much! We found a photo booth during intermission and had a little fun.
So thankful for Papa and Gigi!
We bought our tickets for The Force Awakens to surprise the children on Christmas Eve.
Tilly's class enjoyed a pancake and pajama party.

Story's class enjoyed a book exchange at their Christmas party.
Summer's class decorated edible Christmas trees.

And I led the party game for Carter's class.  You can't take the Games and Rec out of the girl. . .
And our children participated in the sweetest Christmas program.  Tilly was a villager.
Summer was an angel.
Carter was one of the narrators.

And Story was an angel, too.

They all did such a wonderful job!
Christmas Sunday at church.
Our party of six.
What a wonderful month we had celebrating our Savior's birth! Next up, January recap!
