Krispy Kreme field trip.

One of my favorite, favorite things about being at home with our children is getting to go on field trips.  So much fun to see them experience life first-hand.  Last week, I went with Carter's class to one of our favorite stops, Krispy Kreme.
The owners of the Krispy Kreme in our town have a child in Kindergarten, so they invited all six of the kindergarten classes to come out and see how the sweet goodness known as doughnuts are made.
If we could read their minds, I think we would hear them saying "is it time for the doughnuts?!"
Carter with two of his classmates.  He has the sweetest class, and I enjoy getting to spend time with them on the field trips.
Carter and me after he demolished his two doughnuts and milk!
The lighting is poor, but here is Carter with his sweet teacher, Mrs. G.  Can you tell how much he adores her?
Carter and his friend, B, scoping out the yummy treats behind the counter.
Here's a class picture before we hit the road back to school!
