Celebrating Story.

We celebrated Story on Friday.  All. day. long.  It was so much fun.
Friday at lunch, I took treats to Story's MDO class at our church.
While I was there, I snapped a few pictures of Story's friends.  This is Isaiah, isn't he the cutest?  His father is our Chinese pastor, and we are so thankful to have their family at Hardy Street.  Isaiah and Story are also in Sunday School class together, and she adores him!
These are two cute girlies in Story's class.  Aren't they adorable?
Story's teacher, Miss Jenn, should get a gold star for teaching these little cuties all day!
And, here's the birthday girl enjoying her mini cupcake!  She may or may not have had more than one!
Adorable twin boys in Story's class.
We didn't plan a big party for Story this year, we just celebrated with our party of six.  After naps on Thursday, we loaded up all the littles and headed to a jumpy place here in town.  Can you tell by the look on the birthday girl's face how much fun they had?
One of my favorite things about this night was watching the four of them playing together.  They had so much fun!
I managed to get him to stop for one minute for a quick picture.  He even smiled!
Summer is always ready to pose for the camera.
So, I thought when we left the jump place, we would just grab CFA or McDonalds, but our rock star daddy was having none of that!  We celebrated in style, hibachi style!
The children had never been to a hibachi restaurant before, so they did not know what to think!  They were amazed by our chef.  Carter spent most of the time standing behind his chair, and Story was in my lap most of them time.  Summer and Tilly were just glad to be there.
After yummy chicken, shrimp, steak, vegetables, and rice, it was time for the birthday girl to have dessert.  I still cannot believe that she is TWO.
Look how big she looks!  After supper, we went home to open presents.
I love this picture so much.  The big three, without any prompting, gathered around Story and sang the birthday song to her!  So cute!
Story had a little help opening her presents.  She got some new tools to use in the garden.
Love that sweet face so much!
Summer is showing her the Elmo book we got her about opposites.
The baby doll was her favorite.  I wish you could hear what she is doing here.  If you look closely at her little mouth, you can see she has it puckered.  She's make a noise like she's drinking the bottle.  SO cute!
One last picture of our four bundles of joy.  So very thankful for them.
Happy birthday, sweet Story!  We are so thankful for you!  We love you so very much!
