Disney trip, Epcot.

Tuesday, we spent the day at Epcot.  I had never been to this park before as a child, and I loved it!  The park is huge, so it did not feel very crowded because there is a lot of room for everyone to spread out.  We were able to meet quite a few characters here, a couple we met just as soon as we walked into the park!
Goofy!  We had seen him already at a character meal, but these three still wanted to have their picture made with him.
Next up, Daisy!  This was our first time to see her.  The girls were so excited, well Story wasn't so sure, ha!
Chip and Dale!  While David waited in line with the children, I ran to get fast passes for Soarin'!  It was our favorite ride at the park.
The weather was perfect the entire week.  This particular day, it got pretty warm.
My little hip rider.  We had just finished eating at our Princess breakfast and were headed over to meet Mulan.
Mulan is Tilly's absolutely favorite princess.  I'm not even sure why.  I think it is partly because she is the very first princess doll Tilly ever received.  T got it for her a couple of Christmases ago.  We have also managed to catch her movie on the Disney Channel.  All that to say, Tillly loves her.  And she could not wait to meet her.
Here we are waiting in line.
And there she is!  Tilly could barely contain her excitement!
I love this picture so very much. Mulan was so sweet with Tilly and took some extra time with her.  Precious!
Love.
Are you seeing this??  I'm so glad David captured it on film.  Story got out of my arms and walked up to Mulan all on her own.  She even hugged her!  So cute!
We had a little mini photo shoot in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Carter and Summer are almost too big to hold!
Love this girl.  As I have gone back and looked at all of our pictures from Disney, her face is the one I have enjoyed seeing the most.  Pure joy.  So precious!
Daddy with the big 3.  Story was out in the stroller at this point!
So cute!
Posing for the camera.
I'll use this moment to share about the Rider's switch pass, get it every time and use it.  It's like gold.  Unlike the fast pass, it does not expire during the day you are at the park.  We finally figured out the worth of the switch after a couple of days in the parks.  A rider's switch allows David to ride with the big three while I hang back with Story.  Then, whenever we like I can ride the same ride with two more people.  It allows the children to have multiple rides, and it gives both parents an opportunity to have fun!  The only disadvantage for us was that we have three children who can ride most rides, but the rider switch will only allow us to have two extra people.  We figured out a system of sharing, so the big three were content.  Sometimes, we could combine a rider's switch with one fast pass and that allowed everyone to participate.
Our sweet friend, Miss Kelly, from church made these precious shirts for the girls.  We got so many compliments! Thank you, Miss Kelly for thinking of us and helping to make our trip even more special.
As you can see, we loved them!
Our favorite ride at Epcot was definitely Soarin'.  We also enjoyed the Nemo ride and Spaceship Earth. And we loved sampling the different Cokes!
Epcot has lots of great places to eat.  We enjoyed Werther's Caramel popcorn from Germany, yummy nachos from Mexico, and delicious hibachi from Japan.
Epcot has so much to see, and I feel like we probably missed out really exploring as we tried to hurry from one ride to another!  We just happened to stumble into a toy shop, and there were Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, too!  I did purchase fans for the girls and had the sweet little lady behind to counter to write their names on them in Chinese.  I have put them away for another day.  I mostly thought Tilly would love to have something from China due to her love for Mulan, and then I realized the other girls wouldn't want to be left out either ha!
Just hanging out in Christopher Robbin's room!
One last family picture before heading over to the fireworks!
They were quite beautiful and definitely did not disappoint.
The fireworks may not have been as entertaining for the children as maybe the Fantasmic Show at Hollywood, but they really were beautiful!
This picture is for David.  He told me that when he thinks of Epcot, this is the image in his head from when he was younger.  We loved our day at Epcot and look forward to returning for another visit someday soon!
