Bubblin' Joy

Just before the Easter holiday, Carter had his class musical, Bubblin' Joy.  Each grade level at our school does a musical, but most grades have three or four classes.  T-1 is extra special because there's just one, so each child was able to have two speaking parts, so sweet!  We snapped a few pictures, but you can see some even better ones right here.
It just so happened that the musical fell on a Thursday, so David and I were able to give Carter all of our attention!
However, sweet Summer was able to join us along with all of the other Kindergartners.  Carter was so proud for Summer to be there, and he kept motioning to me to tell her to clap after each song!

Here is Carter's class.  They are short two students.  One of his sweet little friends was sick and did not get to participate, and another student moved schools in early February.  Carter was so excited and kept smiling and waving at us.
For Carter's first speaking part he said, "The Bible tells us that our lives will be happy and joyful, when we know Jesus." Then, for his second part he told us what he loved best about T-1.  I remember he shared that he loved learning about alligators and crocodiles.  He also loves playing wall ball!
My favorite fellas in the whole wide world.  David had to head back to work after the musical.

But, I got to go with this handsome boy and his classmates to Cracker Barrel for brunch!  Can you guess what he ordered?  Pancakes and root beer!  Carter, we are so very proud of you!
