O'Dells are goin' green!

Just in time for St. Patrick's Day! Well, maybe not entirely green, but we along with our neighbors are growing a garden in our very own backyard, which we happen to share, complete with green beans, cucumbers, okra, tomatoes, and squash. Everyone is so excited. This will come in perfect time to start making some baby food to put up for little Miss Story once she is ready to eat big girl food. Today, with the help of our neighbor, Mr. Jonathan, the start of what promises to be some good eatin' this summer began in our backyard. Everyone joined in to help, well except for me because I was on camera duty, of course. I think Carter said it best, "It's a little bit perfect!"
Tilly just plopped down! Look at that sweet face.
Hundley clearly adores Tilly. I'm not sure it's entirely mutual!

Carter was such a big boy helping out!
Look at him go!

Even Summer joined in on the fun! Yes, complete with her dress and tights! She is a girl's girl for sure, but definitely not afraid to get dirty!
Carter and Daddy make a great team, don't you think?
Carter showing Summer what to do! That didn't last long, as she is quite the independent one! We will be sure to keep you posted on the progress of our garden. For now, the ground is tilled. In the next few days, we will plant the seeds.
